Body Composition Measurement
USD 25when booked separately
A measurement with a Fitdays-connected smart scale provides estimates such as body fat percentage, muscle mass and hydration levels.
After the measurement, we review the results together in simple, practical language. Results are estimates intended for general wellness and progress tracking; they are not a medical diagnosis.

Booking, Payment & Changes
Pricing & What's Included ▼
Individual Session: USD 85 for one private 50-minute session.
Private Pilates for Two: USD 120 total for one private 50-minute session with two people (USD 60 per person).
Founder Package: USD 260 for four private 50-minute sessions, all to be completed within 4 weeks from the first session (USD 65 per session).
Founder Package extra: One optional Fitdays body composition measurement at no extra cost (normally USD 25), arranged alongside one of the four appointments, before or after Pilates.
Included: Mat, portable equipment, and travel within Bonaire. No additional travel fee.
Before Payment ▼
Before payment, Camila will:
- Confirm your availability
- Identify a suitable session location in Bonaire
- Review each participant's health intake and informed-consent form, and resolve any relevant questions before payment.
For Founder Package: You will agree on all four session dates before payment is made.
Your request remains provisional until payment is received and confirmed by Nika.
Payment & Timeline ▼
Method: MCB bank transfer (advance payment required).
Timeline: Your payment instructions include an explicit deadline, normally 12 hours AFTER the instructions are sent following your intake review. Please tell Nika when you initiate your transfer. If it is still processing at the deadline, contact Camila so the provisional hold can be reviewed before the time is released.
Confirmation: Your request remains provisional until payment is received and Nika sends your confirmation.
Changes & Cancellations ▼
With 24+ hours notice: Free reschedule subject to availability, OR refund eligible sessions at USD 85, USD 120 total, or USD 65 per session respectively.
Under 24 hours or no-show: The full session cost is charged, and package sessions count as used.
Late arrival: Does not extend the finish time.
Duo to individual: If a duo becomes a solo session with 24+ hours notice, you pay USD 85 and receive a USD 35 refund. Under 24 hours, the USD 120 charge remains.
Refunds & Rescheduling ▼
Unused package sessions: If cancelled with 24+ hours notice, refunded at USD 65 each.
Non-refundable sessions: Completed sessions, late-cancelled sessions, or sessions that expire beyond the 4-week window are not refundable.
Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled within 4 weeks from the first session unless a written extension is agreed with Camila in advance.
Refund processing: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Weather & Outdoor Sessions ▼
If weather makes the agreed outdoor setting unsuitable, we will look for a suitable covered space accepted by both Camila and the client.
If no suitable space is available, or if Nika cancels for any reason, we will reschedule without penalty. If no replacement fits before you leave Bonaire, Nika will refund the affected session: USD 85 individual, USD 120 for two, or USD 65 per Founder Package session.
If a Nika cancellation prevents completion of your package within four weeks, we will agree an extension or refund the affected sessions at USD 65 each.
Scope & Timezone ▼
Applies to: In-person Pilates sessions only (individual, duo, and Founder Package). Does not apply to live online training or the Pilates, Snorkeling & Brunch Mini Retreat.
Timezone: All times refer to Bonaire local time (UTC-4, Atlantic Standard Time).
